One wonders why 100% of voters do not feel this way. However, do mot confuse redistricting with gerrymandering. This is a big difference.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 83% of Likely U.S. Voters say it’s a serious problem when states deliberately draw congressional districts to favor one party, including 60% who consider it a Very Serious problem. Just 11% don’t think partisan gerrymandering is a problem.
