VIDEO: 48 Measles Cases Confirmed In Washington State

Washington state's measles outbreak continues to grow, with the number of confirmed cases now at 48. An additional seven cases are suspected.  The majority of the cases involve children under the age of ten. They're also confirming that one of the known cases involves a person who had one dose of the MMR vaccine, but not the second. According to the CDC, just one dose of the MMR vaccine is 93 percent effective. Two doses ups the effectiveness to 97 percent. Symptoms include a fever, cough, runny nose and eventually a rash.
